Malcolm Taylor
Principal Broker & Auctioneer

Malcolm has been in the Real Estate & Auction business since
1963. Which has consisted of selling and investing and construction
of residential and commercial real estate, as well as working all
phases of the Real Estate & Auction business. He is a licensed
Real Estate Broker & Auctioneer in Kentucky. Malcolm is also a
licensed Broker & Auctioneer in the state of Tennessee.

He is a 1963 graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering. He is a
member of the KY Auctioneers Association, as well as a member of
the Cumberland County Lodge #413 F&AM. He is a past president
of the Burkesville-Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce, and
member of the Cumberland County Farm Bureau. In addition, he is
also a past president of the Cumberland County Jaycee's. He was
inducted into the Kentucky Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame in
Jan. 2010!
He is married to Geneva Taylor, has one daughter, two
granddaughters, and two great grand-daughters.
Jay Wilson,
Sales Associate & Auctioneer

Jay was raised on a dairy farm in Adair County and is still involved in
many aspects of farming. He graduated from Adair County High
School and later went on to graduate from Lindsey Wilson College
with a Bachelor Of Arts Degree in Human Services and Counseling.
In the past, Jay worked as a state trooper for the Kentucky State
Police at the Columbia post for 5 years. He is currently also
employed by the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy
Sheriff.  Jay attended Ward Elliot Real Estate School and Missouri
Auction School, and is a licensed Kentucky Real Estate Sales
Associate and Auctioneer.
Brandy Smith, Agent

Brandy is a 1999 graduate of Barren County High School and has a
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Criminology from
Western Kentucky University.  She is married to Andrew Smith and is the
daughter of Mark Thrasher and Sheila Taylor Davis and the
granddaughter of Malcolm & Geneva Taylor and the late Benton & Estell
Thrasher of Burkesville, KY. She has been employed at Taylor Realty for
13+ years as the Office Manager and is also a Sales Associate with
Taylor Realty.
Sheila Taylor Davis, Broker:

Sheila graduated from Cumberland County High School in
1977 and later went on to Western Kentucky University
where she received an Associate of Science Degree in 1993
in Nursing. She is currently licensed in Kentucky and also
working as a Registered Nurse. Sheila practiced as a Real
Estate Agent years ago and came back and obtained her
Broker's License. She is the daughter of Malcolm and
Geneva Taylor. She is married and has two daughters, one
stepson, and two granddaughters.
